PASTOR: REV. JASON T. POWELL
Pastor Powell came to Stanley Baptist in August 2017. Prior to coming to Stanley Baptist Pastor Powell was pastor of Grace Baptist Church as well as a Chaplain for the State of Maryland at Roxbury Correctional Institution. Pastor Powell has been in vocational ministry for the past decade and received his Bachelor of Science in Religion with a Minor in Criminal Justice from Liberty University. Additionally, Pastor Powell completed graduate studies in seminary with a Masters of Divinity from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary as well as one unit of Clinical Pastoral Education from the College of Pastoral Counseling and Psychotherapy completing 100 classroom hours and 300 clinical hours at Meritus Medical Center in Hagerstown, MD. Pastor Powell has been married to his wife Amber for 18 years and share four children with her.
